Hello!  My name is Joe and/or Joey (hence the “and sometimes Y”) and this is my blog. Welcome!  I recently hopped on the blog wagon in hopes of creating a virtual record of all the fun and interesting things I stumble across, create and consume during my day-to-day.

I have studied both photography and interior design academically at MassArt (BFA, Photography ’02) and New England School of Art & Design at Suffolk University (MAID, ’08). I also completed a two-year digital photography certificate at Boston University’s Center for Digital Imaging Arts (2011).   After 10+ years of honing my design/photography skills and working for some of the best firms in New England, I’ve decided to merge both my passions and launch Studio (Y).

Studio (Y) is primarily a photographic studio focusing on all things design, food, craft & travel related.  I’m always looking for new outlets, inspiration and job opportunities so feel free to send me an email/comment etc. about anything I’ve posted or that you think I may enjoy.
